By using AutoEstate Pte Ltd's parcel delivery services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use our services.
1. Definitions

“Services”: The parcel delivery services provided by AutoEstate Pte Ltd, including pickup, transport, and delivery.

“User”: Any individual or entity that uses our Services.

“Parcel”: The item(s) to be delivered, packaged, and sealed by the User.
2. User Responsibilities
1. Accurate Information: Users must provide accurate and complete details, including pickup and delivery addresses, recipient contact information, and item descriptions.
2. Packaging and Labeling:

All items must be packed securely in a single sealed package.

Fragile items must be clearly labeled to ensure careful handling.

Inadequately packed parcels may be rejected or transported at the User’s risk.
3. Prohibited Items: Users are prohibited from sending items deemed dangerous, illegal, or restricted under applicable laws. Examples include hazardous materials, perishable goods, and contraband.
3. Service Limitations
1. Delivery Zones: Services are available only in designated areas. Delivery to restricted or remote locations may not be possible.
2. Size and Weight Restrictions: Parcels must comply with the size and weight limits stated during booking. Additional charges may apply for non-compliance.
3. Waiting Time: Drivers will wait up to 20 minutes for pickups or deliveries. Beyond this, a fee of $0.50 per minute applies.
4. Liability and Claims
1. Limited Liability: AutoEstate Pte Ltd is not liable for damage, loss, or delays caused by:

Inadequate packaging or labeling by the User.

Circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic disruptions or natural disasters.
2. Claims: Users must report any issues (e.g., damage, loss) within 24 hours of delivery. Supporting evidence, such as photos and receipts, may be required for claims processing.
3. Insurance: High-value items should be insured separately. Insurance coverage can be arranged upon request, subject to additional fees.
5. Fees and Payment
1. Transparent Pricing: Delivery fees are based on parcel size, weight, and destination. Any additional charges (e.g., waiting time or special handling) will be communicated upfront.
2. Refund Policy: Refunds are issued only in cases where the service cannot be completed due to company errors.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:

Send prohibited items, as defined in these Terms.

Use the Services for fraudulent or illegal purposes.

Provide false or misleading information during booking.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
